If your order requires truck shipping, we will call you with the shipping cost before the order is processed. A credit card will be required and a separate charge will be added to your order to cover the truck shipping expenses. UPS SERVICE GUARANTEE SUSPENDED
Effective March 26, 2020 and until further notice, UPS has suspended the UPS Service Guarantee for all shipments to any destination, at all service levels. 
This means there are currently no guarantees on delivery time

Note: Whenever possible we will combine items in your order to ship more efficiently in the least amount of boxes and adjust the shipping cost.

UPS Ground Shipments:
Usually ships within 2 to 3 business days.
Delivery may be expected within 5 to 9 business days.

UPS 2nd Day Shipments:
Orders placed before 10:00 am CST usually ship the same day.
Orders placed after 10:00 am CST usually ship the next business day.
Delivery may be expected within 2 to 3 business days.

UPS Next Day Shipments:
Orders placed before 10:00 am CST usually ship the same day.
Orders placed after 10:00 am CST usually ship the next business day.
Delivery may be expected within 1 to 2 business days.

Canadian & International Orders:
Canadian & International orders DO NOT include import tariffs, taxes, duties or other fees imposed by the destination country. These additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Any orders placed after 10:00 am CST on Friday will not ship until the following business day.

Nixalite will make every effort to ship your order at the earliest possible moment. We cannot, however make any promises for same day shipments.
