Tips for Successful fogging and disinfection of vehicles
  • When treating passenger compartments, attach the unit to the slightly opended side window.
  • Lower the side window a bit, hang the device with the retaining lugs on the upper edge of the window. Carefully move the side window up until the upper rubber bumper touches the door frame. The side window should only be slightly open.
  • Although there are rubber buffers installed on the contact surfaces. To prevent scratches on the side window, we recommend to place a soft cloth over the edge and the outer surface of the side window.
  • Nobody is allowed to stand or sit on the outlet side of the spray nozzle during fogging. There is danger caused by the escaping air flow, active agent and particles.
  • Keep the original packing in case of warranty or service claims. The original packing ensures a save transport of the unit if it needs to sent in for maintenance or repair.

The fogger consists of the main components frame with ON/OFF valve, solution line, air duct and spray nozzle. The device is connected to the customer’s compressed air supply with pressure reducer. When the unit is running, compressed air escapes
the spray nozzle at high velocity, resulting negative pressure inside the solution line draws solution from the solution tank. Air and solution are mixed at the spray nozzle, solution escapes the spray nozzle as fog.
