Should I use a Thermal Fogger or a ULV machine?

Thermal Foggers (Pulse-Jet) -  A thermal fogger earns its name because it uses high temperatures to produce large quantities of fog without degrading the active ingredient. Thermal foggers produce a very large quantity of very small droplets, very quickly. This makes them ideal for fogging large open areas (indoors and outdoors) as well as locations that are obstructed with vegetation, storage, other buildings, terrain, etc. Fog that is produced in thermal fogging machine is very visible, helping the operator to monitor the fog and ensure thoroughness of application.

If you will be applying the Fog Force Bird Repellent we recommend a pulse-jet thermal fogger or the Bird Buffer Bird Haze Generator.

ULV (Ultra Low Volume) - These cold foggers and sprayers generate fog droplets by using a high volume of air at low pressure, producing droplets of a precise size. The ability to produce droplets of a very specific size makes ULV foggers and sprayers very efficient when applying repellents, disinfectants, mold and mildew control and more.
