Order Information

• $25.00 minimum order not including shipping & handling costs or taxes.
• All prices are F.O.B. shipping point. Shipping & handling is not included in the listed item/unit price.
• Nixalite website orders are shipped by UPS. To make other arrangements, contact Nixalite.
• Federal, state or city tax is not included in the item/unit price.
• State tax is collected for Illinois only. All others pay directly to state.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notification.
• Please make sure all information you supply is correct. We reserve the right to charge $10.00 for any order changes or cancellations.
   

Terms of Sale

• Nixalite of America Inc accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express for credit card payment.
• Certified checks, money orders and wire transfer of funds are accepted payment when supplied before or with your order.
• Orders paid by unsecured personal and/or company checks will be held until the check clears.
• All payments to Nixalite of America Inc must be made in U.S. funds (U.S. Dollars) only.
• Net 30 terms are available pending approved credit.
• Net 30 orders must be accompanied by a written purchase order.
• To apply for account terms, print out Nixalite's Credit Application & Financial Agreement form. Complete both pages of the application, sign where indicated, make a copy for your records and send the original back to Nixalite.
• Delinquent accounts are subject to a 2% monthly service charge on unpaid balances plus collection costs.
• All transactions are subject to government regulations at time of purchase.
• Nixalite of America Inc reserves the right to change these terms at any time.
• Please make sure all information you supply is correct. We reserve the right to charge $10.00 for any order changes or cancellations.

Installation Warranty/Guarantee - Nixalite of America Inc cannot make warranties, guarantees nor representations, expressed or implied, concerning individual installations because there are too many factors beyond our control. As a product manufacturer/distributor, Nixalite of America Inc does not install, apply or otherwise employ any of the products available on this website. As we do not install the products, we can not control the manner in which they are installed.

Nixalite of America Inc - Return Policies
In the unlikely event that you might have to return an ordered product, please review the following Nixalite Return Policies.

• There is a 20% restocking charge on all items returned.
• No returns are accepted after 30 days from date of original invoice.
• Written authorization from Nixalite is required before returning any item.
• There is a $20.00 minimum return fee.
• Nixalite's written authorization must accompany your return shipment.
• Credit will be issued only for new, unused items returned undamaged and in good condition.
• No credit for partial returns.
• All returned items must be shipped pre-paid to Nixalite of America Inc.
