Before Proceeding!

$30.00 minimum amount for USA & Canada orders not
including S&H fees or taxes.

$100.00 minimum amount for International orders not
including S&H fees or taxes.

Orders less than
the minimum amount will be assessed a small order fee to
achieve the order minimum.

International purchases other than Canada require
payment by wire transfer and all International
orders may require additional handling,
customs and duties fees and taxes; all additional costs
are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Please make sure all information
you supply is correct. We reserve the right to charge
$10.00 for any order changes or cancellations.

Credit will be issued only for new, unused items
returned undamaged and in good condition.

No returns are accepted after 30
days from date of original invoice.

There is a 20% restocking charge on all items returned.

There is a $20.00 minimum return fee.

All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Written authorization from Nixalite is required before
returning any item.

Orders paid by unsecured personal and/or company checks
will be held until the check clears.
Continued sales terms, conditions and policies are provided
on an upcoming screen, your acceptance of all terms are a
requirement of your purchase agreement, please make sure
that you read and understand all of the policies listed, as
all policies applicable to your purchase will be strictly
