What Are Custom Made Forms?
Made from high grade stainless steel, Nixalite's custom forms are
designed to fit on, around or over the objects or surfaces you specify.
With the Nixalite’s stainless steel mounting hardware
pre-installed, custom forms eliminate surface layout time.
Custom forms are ideal for fastening Nixalite strips to
difficult, no-drill surfaces. |
Examples
Here are a few applications for which we have made custom forms. Some forms have become so popular that they are now regular items

Nixalite I-Beam Clamps
I-Beam clamps quickly fasten the Nixalite strips to the top or bottom flanges of I-beams. They are
easy to install, require no drilling, welding or bonding and can cut installation time dramatically.

Nixalite Gutter Straps
Installed across the top of rain gutters to provide secure mounting for Nixalite strip coverage.
Keeps the birds out of the gutters as well as off the outside edge.

Angle Iron Clamps
Designed to fasten one or more rows of Nixalite strips to structural angle iron without drilling or welding. The orientation of the angle iron (leg up / leg down) will determine the type of clamp.

Custom Applications
Nixalite’s in-house planning and engineering departments have made many different straps, brackets and clamps for our customers.
If you have an unusual application that may benefit from a custom made installation form, call Nixalite.
Custom Form Policies
- All of Nixalite’s custom forms are made to fit the dimensions you provide.
The information and dimensions you provide must be accurate! Measure twice and double check all recorded dimensions.
- Full payment is required before the production of custom made
form orders.
- Custom made forms, brackets, straps, etc. are non-returnable,
non-refundable items.
- Pricing and lead time for the manufacturing is different for each form.
- Nixalite determines the proper Nixalite strip quantities and spacing on all custom made forms.
- Nixalite will not manufacture a form to mount incorrect strip quantities or spacing.
